Service Description
Appa Appointments provides scheduling tools for customers and businesses. Businesses
set availability and booking rules. Customers request or book appointments.
Bookings and Deposits
- Deposits may be required based on the business settings.
- Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe’s terms.
- Booking confirmations and changes are communicated via email.
Cancellations and Changes
- Businesses control approval of requested appointments and changes.
- Refunds and cancellation policies are set by each business.
Acceptable Use
- Do not submit false or fraudulent booking information.
- Do not attempt to access company/admin dashboards without authorization.
